Job Description

The Residential Coordinator is responsible for the day to day management of one or more 6 bed homes for individuals with intellectual disabilities. This position provides a lot of autonomy as the Residential Coordinator creates staffing schedules, completes food and supply orders, trains and supervises care staff and ensures that all necessary services are being provided to the residents of their assigned home(s).

Residential Coordinators must have at least one year of experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities and one year of management/supervisory experience is preferred. Residential Coordinators must also be 21 years or older, have a valid driver's license and be a licensed driver for at least 3 years.
